1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 Days of receiving your order, including for size issues or if the product doesn't meet your expectations.

All requests are subject to the eligibility conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• Have all original tags and labels attached.

• Be returned in its original packaging, where applicable.

• Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Products that show signs of use, washing, damage caused after delivery, or missing original tags may not qualify for a return or exchange, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello.lapetus@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• The product name and size.

• Whether you want a return, refund, or exchange.

• The reason for your request.

• Clear photographs of the product, if applicable.

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps. Please wait for return instructions before shipping any product back.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method, subject to applicable requirements.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability and stock.

If your requested size or replacement product is unavailable, you may choose an eligible refund instead.

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before the exchange is confirmed.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with clear photographs or an unboxing video.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with applicable law. Eligible cases will not be charged return shipping fees.

7. Return Shipping Charges

For returns or exchanges requested because of a size issue or personal preference, any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated and confirmed before the return is arranged.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products, LAPETUS will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been dispatched. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Return Security Seal Policy

Every LAPETUS product will be delivered with a security seal attached to the product or its packaging.

The security seal must remain intact for a return or exchange to be eligible. If the security seal has been removed, broken, tampered with, or damaged by the customer, the product will not be eligible for a return or exchange due to a size issue or change of preference.

Customers are requested to check the product, size, and fit carefully without removing or damaging the security seal.

This restriction does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law, please contact LAPETUS for assistance.
